Getting started with journalling 


Journalling is a really powerful tool. It sounds too good to be true but just the physical act of writing things down helps us to process them, it supports us to focus on our day, it helps us to find the positives and it supports our mind to focus on finding more of those in every day life.

Work out what's important to you. 

Our values should be at the heart of everything we do. But too often we either don't know what they are, or don't focus on them enough. 

This simple exercise will help you to work through your values. The idea is to get past the conscious values, the ones that you already know about and reach the subconscious values. It can take a long time for this unconscious values to pop up but when they do it seems so clear that it is something that's important to you. .
